La adicion de reactivos organoliticos a estas oximas ha generado ter-alquilaminas con un elevado grado de pureza optica en la mayoria de los casos. La determinacion de la configuracion absoluta de los diastereoisomeros generados en estas adiciones se ha efectuado por conversion de estos productos en derivados ciclicos de tipo oxazolidinona y mediante el correspondiente estudio de efectos nucleares overhauser. Las ter-alquilaminas obtenidas se han transformado en a-aminoacidos a,a-disustituidos: r-(-)-a- metilserina, r-(+)-a-fenilserina y r-(-)-a-n-butilserina. Asimismo, se han preparado o-benciloximas derivadas de d-eritrulosa y se ha sintetizado la s-(+)-a-metilserina a partir de dichas oximas. Mediante la metodolog\u00eda desarrollada en esta tesis es posible acceder a a-aminoacidos a,a- disustituidos que son dificiles de obtener a partir de los metodos actualmente existentes. Estos aminoacidos tienen una amplia utilidad en la industria farmacologica en la sintesis de antibioticos modificados resistentes a la accion de virus y bacterias.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
