Isabel <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se ha sintetizado la 2,2-difluorooleandrosa (derivado difluorado del carbohidrato presente en las avermectinas, compuestos de poderosa actividad antiparasitaria) con buen rendimiento, asi como la sintesis de otros compuestos gem-difluorados derivados de la oleandrosa.  los productos obtenidos se han caracterizado mediante a.E. Y espectroscopia de rmn de 1h,13c,19f, asi como se determinaron los alfad. Se ha desarrollado un metodo para sintetizar disacaridos a partir de dadores de glicosilo uno \u00abarmed\u00bb y otro \u00abdisarmed\u00bb, que podria redundar en una reduccion de etapas en la sintesis de oligosacaridos a partir de fluoruros de glicosilo. Se ha estudiado el empleo del sistema cp2mc12\/agotf (m=hf,zr) para llevar a cabo la reaccion de transglicosilacion a partir de metilglicosidos. Dicho sistema es efectivo cuando se utilizan metil-2-desoxiglicosidos frente a alcoholes como el ciclohexanol, alcohol bencilico y tiofenol.
