Isabel <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se emplea la espectrometria de absorcion molecular en fase gas como detector en cromatografia de gases, mediante dos alternativas: acoplamiento directo y por fibras opticas.1.- En la primera alternativa, se desarrolla el dispositivo instrumental y se emplea en la determinacion de tres familias de compuestos: alcoholes, derivados metilados y halogenados del benceno e hidrocarburos aromaticos policiclicos. Para la primera de las familias se estudian diferentes alternativas para mejorar los limites deteccion. La mejor de ellas es la derivatizacion a benzoatos. Otra interesante es trabajar a la longitud de onda de maxima relacion se\u00f1al\/ruido con un suavizado de ventana movil de cinco puntos que se aplica posteriormente a la determinacion del resto de las familias. 2.- La segunda alternativa es el empleo de fibras opticas.
