En esta memoria centramos nuestra atencion en los espacios del tipo c(t,x) de funciones continuas y acotadas definidas en un espacio topologico t y con valores en un espacio normado x sobre el cuerpo de los escalares reales o complejos. En c(t,x) consideramos, como es habitual, la norma uniforme.  nuestro principal objetivo es investigar cuales son las condiciones necesarias y suficientes que permiten expresar todo elemento de la bola unidad de c(t,x) como combinacion convexa (finita) de puntos extremos, como limite de combinaciones convexas de puntos extremos o como suma de una serie convexa infinita de puntos extremos.  si el espacio normado x admite estructura compleja aportamos, a nuestro juicio, una completa y novedosa descripcion de la estructura geometrica de la bola unidad de c(t,x) en terminos de sus funciones unitarias (las funciones continuas de t en la esfera unidad de x).  cuando x es un espacio normado real estrictamente convexo mejoramos toda la informacion, hasta ahora conocida, sobre la
