Este escritor presenta en efecto, en espiritu, un gran numero de coincidencias con los neo-novelistas franceses, aunque no influencias propiamente dichas. Se muestra como su estilo, tan peculiar, el grand style, y sus puntos no concomitantes con el nouveau roman, hacen que sus ensayos y sus novelasconstituyan una novedad y representen un giro en la
