{"id":32871,"date":"1997-01-01T00:00:00","date_gmt":"1997-01-01T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/analisis-moleculares-y-citogeneticos-del-genoma-de-formicidos\/"},"modified":"1997-01-01T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"1997-01-01T00:00:00","slug":"analisis-moleculares-y-citogeneticos-del-genoma-de-formicidos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/ciencias-de-la-vida\/analisis-moleculares-y-citogeneticos-del-genoma-de-formicidos\/","title":{"rendered":"Analisis moleculares y citogeneticos del genoma de formicidos."},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Pedro Lorite Martinez <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se aplican por primera vez una serie de tecnicas de bandeo cromosomico y tecnicas moleculares a varias especies de la familia formicidae (bandeo g, tincion con fluorocromos, bandeos con enzimas de restriccion y \u00abnick-translation in situ\u00bb), lo que ha permitido analizar diversos aspectos de la organizacion cromosomica en este grupo de insectos, hasta el momento desconocidos.  igualmente, se ha realizado un estudio de las regiones del organizador nucleolar, utilizando tecnicas de tincion con plata, bandeo n, tincion con cromomicina a3, e hibridacion \u00abin situ\u00bb con sondas de adnr, lo que ha llevado a la localizacion y determinacion exacta de estas regiones portadoras de genes adnr en t. Nigerrimum, determinando la posible existencia de polimorfismos a nivel de estos genes en varias poblaciones. Por ultimo, se ha realizado un estudio del adn repetivo estructural, en concreto del adn telomerico y del adn satelite. Los resultados obtenidos parecen indicar que el genuino adn telomerico parece estar formado por la repeticion de la secuencia ttagg. El adn satelite en t. Nigerrimum y en m.  subopacum presenta caracteristicas similares a las de otros grupos de insectos como la riqueza en at y la presencia de repeticiones internas. El analisis del adn satelite en estas especies parece indicar su origen a partir de procesos evolutivos complejos.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
