Este material lignocelulosico contiene azucares fermentables con numerosas aplicaciones biotecnologicas. Para aprovechar estos materiales es necesario hidrolizar la celulosa, mediante enzimas celuloliticos. En las preparaciones enzimaticas suelen ser deficientes en -glucosidasa siendo necesaria la adicion de este enzima para conseguir una degradacion extensiva de la celulosa, incrementandose los costes del proceso. En este trabajo se plantea la inmoilizacion de beta-glucosidasa, con objeto de mejorar su estabilidad y disminuir su consumo al posibilitar su recuperacion.
