Teresa Pueyo Vigata <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Esta tesis doctoral est\u00e1 orientada al aseguramiento de la calidad de los datos experimentales, a trav\u00e9s del desarrollo de las actividades m\u00e1s metrol\u00f3gicas de los laboratorios de qu\u00edmica anal\u00edtica. El enfoque metrol\u00f3gico que se da en este trabajo proporciona nuevas herramientas al qu\u00edmico analista para garantizar que los datos son fiables y que pueden ser comparables, en el espacio y el tiempo, con otros datos. Se profundiza en la aplicaci\u00f3n en el laboratorio de los programas de confirmaci\u00f3n metrol\u00f3gica, que permiten demostrar que los sistemas de medida cumplen con los requisitos para los que se han sido dise\u00f1ados, y que los seguiran cumpliendo en un futuro pr\u00f3ximo. En este sentido, se ponen en pr\u00e1ctica los programas de confirmaci\u00f3n metrol\u00f3gica de algunos instrumentos de medida de un laboratorio del instituto qu\u00edmico de sarri\u00e1 como son, la balanza anal\u00edtica, el material volum\u00e9trico, un ph-metro, los term\u00f3metros y los espectrofot\u00f3metros. Tambi\u00e9n han sido objeto de estudio los conceptos de trazabilidad e incertidumbre, por tratarse de los par\u00e1metros de calidad b\u00e1sicos de cualquier resultado de un an\u00e1lisis. Ambos conceptos se aplican a los programas de confirmaci\u00f3n metrol\u00f3gica, as\u00ed como tambi\u00e9n a una serie de resultados de procedimientos de an\u00e1lisis como son, una valoraci\u00f3n \u00e1cido-base, la medici\u00f3n de densidad de l\u00edquidos, la determinaci\u00f3n de trazas de sodio por absorci\u00f3n at\u00f3mica y la determinaci\u00f3n del grado alcoh\u00f3lico de bebidas, entre otros. Por lo que respecta al concepto de trazabilidad metrol\u00f3gica, despu\u00e9s de profundizar en su significado y aplicabilidad, se concluye que \u00e9sta es una condici\u00f3n imprescindible para la comparaci\u00f3n directa, en el espacio y el tiempo, de los resultados.
