La s\u00edntesis se lleva a cabo a partir del acoplamiento de los diferentes amin\u00e1cidos. Para ello, se utilizan como enzimas, termolisina, papa\u00edna i quimotripsina, inmovilizadas sobre un soporte por adsorci\u00f3n; el medio de reacci\u00f3n es org\u00e1nico con bajo contenido en agua. La metodolog\u00eda seguida consiste en optimizar cada paso de la s\u00edntesis desde el punto de vista de m\u00e1ximo rendimiento de producto i altas velocidades de reacci\u00f3n. Para ello se estudian los diferentes par\u00e1metros que afectan a la reacci\u00f3n; soporte de inmovilizaci\u00f3n, medio de reacci\u00f3n, contenido en agua i estructura delos sustratos.  la s\u00edntesis del pentap\u00e9ptido carboxilterminal se plantea mediante un acoplamiento final de los fragmentos z-gly-trp-met-or1 i h-asp-phe-nh2.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de
