Los compuestos estudiados se agrupan en las siguientes cinco familiares: insecticidas, n-metilcarbamatos, fungicidas bencimidazoles, insecticidas benzoilureas, herbicidas fenilureas y plaguicidas clorados, fosforados y nitrogenados.  se han desarrollado y validado procedimientos para el an\u00e1lisis de cada una de las familias en diversas matrices vegetales, como son las frutas y verduras. Se han desarrollado tambi\u00e9n m\u00e9todos de an\u00e1lisis de plaguicidad clorados, fosforados y nitrogenados en aceites vegetales. Los m\u00e9todos propuestos se caracterizan por tener una exactitud, precisi\u00f3n, sensibilidad y selectividad adecuadas y por ser simples, r\u00e1pidos y automatizables. Asimismo se ha minimizado el consumo de disolventes org\u00e1nicos, de los que se ha excluido en la mayor\u00eda de los m\u00e9todos los considerados m\u00e1s t\u00f3xicos (derivados clorados o acetonitrilo).  la simplificaci\u00f3n de los procedimientos de preparaci\u00f3n de muestra ha sido posible, en gran parte, gracias a la sustituci\u00f3n de las etapas de partici\u00f3n l\u00edquido-l\u00edquido y cromatograf\u00eda en columna por la extracci\u00f3n en fase s\u00f3lida y la t\u00e9cnica hplc.  adem\u00e1s se han desarrollado m\u00e9todos cromatogr\u00e1ficos de hplc-uv, hplc-un-ecd, hplc-fluorescencia, hrgc-ecd-npd y hrgc-fpd que significan los com\u00fanmente aceptados o incrementan la seguridad de los resultados
