Los resultados que se presentan muestran que la endo_replicaci\u00f3n va acompa\u00f1ada de una expresi\u00f3n mantenida de ciclinas a y e, as\u00ed como un mantenimiento de los factores de g2\/m (ciclina b y cdc2).  sin embargo, no se produce activaci\u00f3n del complejo mit\u00f3tico debido a una disminuci\u00f3n de los niveles de la fosfatasa cdc25c, disminuci\u00f3n que parece necesaria, aunque no suficiente, para la entrada en endo_replicaci\u00f3n en estas c\u00e9lulas. Otra aportaci\u00f3n a este trabajo lo supone el hecho de que la ciclina e parece estar implicada directamente en la entrada en ciclos de endo_replicaci\u00f3n, y la funci\u00f3n de la ciclina e parece basarse en una activaci\u00f3n de la expresi\u00f3n de ciclina a, por efecto directo sobre su promotor. Finalmente, este estudio sugiere que la entrada en endo_replicaci\u00f3n puede establecerse en c\u00e9lulas megacariobl\u00e1sticas, y sin intervenci\u00f3n de se\u00f1al diferenciadora alguna, por conjunci\u00f3n de expresi\u00f3n mantenida de ciclina e y disminuci\u00f3n de cdc25c, como hemos conseguido por silenciamiento de esta prote\u00edna.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos
