Yague Mata <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El trabajo se propone obtener consecuencias del an\u00e1lisis del dise\u00f1o del proyecto arquitect\u00f3nico como elemento que incide en la valoraci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica de los bienes inmuebles como garant\u00eda hipotecaria.  aplicado al caso concreto del uso residencial de vivienda colectiva y referido al mercado inmobiliario de tenerife, el estudio analiza la repercusi\u00f3n que en la optimizaci\u00f3n del valor de utilidad tienen factores tales como el valor del suelo, la tipolog\u00eda edificatoria, la organizaci\u00f3n de los espacios interiores de la vivienda, las posibilidades de adaptaci\u00f3n ante su posible utilizaci\u00f3n futura, las calidades constructivas, su relaci\u00f3n con el entorno inmediato y, en especial, la incidencia del factor de mercado que recoge los gastos y beneficios propicios de la promoci\u00f3n inmobiliaria.  partiendo del valor de tasaci\u00f3n de los diferentes testigos estudiados, el autor efect\u00faa la asignaci\u00f3n de coeficientes num\u00e9ricos que relacionan en cada supuesto dicho valor con los factores antes mencionados, concluyendo con un an\u00e1lisis cr\u00edtico de los resultados obtenidos.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral \u00ab<strong>Relacion de la valoracion hipotecaria de los bienes inmuebles con el proyecto de edificacion y su adecuacion al mercado: analisis en particular de la problem atica del credito hipotecario en tenerife.<\/strong>\u00ab<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>T\u00edtulo de la tesis:<\/strong>\u00a0 Relacion de la valoracion hipotecaria de los bienes inmuebles con el proyecto de edificacion y su adecuacion al mercado: analisis en particular de la problem atica del credito hipotecario en tenerife. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Autor:<\/strong>\u00a0 Jos\u00e9 M.
