Esta nitrato reductasa es term\u00f3fila y se induce por nitrato y en baja presi\u00f3n parcial de ox\u00edgeno; adem\u00e1s es una enzima cepa espec\u00edfica que se transfiere por conjugaci\u00f3n a la cepa hb27 por un mecanismo similar al de las cepas hfr de e. Coli. Tambi\u00e9n se ha identificado un origen de replicaci\u00f3n en la zona posterior al oper\u00f3n nar que posiblemente corresponde al pl\u00e1smido que dirige la transferencia. Mediante el an\u00e1lisis de las zonas adyacentes al oper\u00f3n nar hemos identificado un posible citocromo tipo c que podr\u00eda actuar en la transferencia de electrones o como sensor de anoxia. En la regi\u00f3n posterior describimos dos genes que posiblemente codifican los transportadores de nitrato y de nitrito.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
