La segunda parte consiste en el estudio de la cin\u00e9tica de recristalizaci\u00f3n de capas implantadas tras someterlas a diversos tratamientos t\u00e9rmicos. este trabajo se complementa en la tercera parte, donde a las muestras previamente amorfizadas por implantaci\u00f3n i\u00f3nica se las somete a un plasma de hidr\u00f3geno (bien de resonancia ciclotr\u00f3n de electrones como de radiofrecuencias) con el fin de estudiar de qu\u00e9 modo afecta la introducci\u00f3n de dicho hidr\u00f3geno en la velocidad de recistalizaci\u00f3n de las capas implantadas, y tras someterlas a los tratamientos t\u00e9rmicos. La cuarta parte de este trabajo consiste en el dep\u00f3sito de capas de silicio amorfo mediante plasma de resonancia ciclotr\u00f3n de electrones, primeramente sin introducir hidr\u00f3geno en el plasma, y luego introduci\u00e9ndolo, para estudiar la evoluci\u00f3n del frente amorfo\/cristalino tras los tratamientos t\u00e9rmicos que se efect\u00faan.
