Eugenia Martinez Quintana <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Despu\u00e9s de un estudio histoqu\u00edmico de la expresi\u00f3n de la oxido n\u00edtrico sintasa en el n\u00facleo paraventricular del hipot\u00e1lamo de ratas albinas (machos y hembras), tras ovariectom\u00eda bilateral y post-administraci\u00f3n de 17 beta estradiol, se concluye que: 1\/ la combinaci\u00f3n de t\u00e9cnicas morfom\u00e9tricas y de contaje celular y la t\u00e9cnica histoqu\u00edmica de la nadph-diaforasa es excelente para valorar los cambios pl\u00e1sticos acaecidos en el sistema nitr\u00e9rgico del npv. 2\/ que las neuronas nadph-diaforasa positivas, localizadas en el npv, modifican sus caracter\u00edsticas morfoplanim\u00e9tricas despu\u00e9s de determinadas situaciones experimentales, tal como la ovariectom\u00eda. 3\/ la ovariectom\u00eda bilateral produce alteraciones que sugieren una hipoactividad del sistema nitr\u00e9rgico de las 3 poblaciones neuronales del npv (magno, parvi y medioceluar); especialmente en la poblaci\u00f3n magno celular.
