Teresa Perez Menendez <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Tras un estudio histoqu\u00edmico de la expresi\u00f3n de la actividad diaforasa en el n\u00facleo supra\u00f3ptico y en los magnocelulares accesorios de rata albina, tanto en condiciones de normalidad como tras la orquidectom\u00eda y la criptorquidia, se comprob\u00f3: 1\/ que la t\u00e9cnica histoqu\u00edmica de la nadph-diaforasa es un m\u00e9todo adecuado y sencillo para detectar poblaciones neuronales magnocelulares y del sistema hipot\u00e1lamo-hipofisario (tanto soma como prolongaciones). 2\/ que la expresi\u00f3n de la nadph-diaforasa es muy estable. 3\/ que despu\u00e9s de la orquidectom\u00eda bilateral y la criptorquidia bilateral, las poblaciones de neuronas que expresan actividad nadph-diaforasa, modifican sus caracter\u00edsticas morfo-planim\u00e9tricas. 4\/ ambos estados experimentales sugieren un estado de hiperactividad de las neuronas magnocelulares, sin que existan diferencias en funci\u00f3n del n\u00facleo donde se localicen dichas neuronas. 5\/ los cambios morfol\u00f3gicos y morfom\u00e9tricos desaparecen tras el tratamiento con testosterona, por lo cual se supone que es ella la responsable de dichas modificaciones.  6\/ en consecuencia, parece evidente que la esfera gonadas y el estado en el que se encuentre la misma, juega un papel a tener en cuenta en la regulaci\u00f3n de la producci\u00f3n del \u00f3xido n\u00edtrico a nivel del sistema hipot\u00e1lamo-hipofisario.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral \u00ab<strong>Actividad nadph-diaforasa en el nucleo supraoptico y en los nucleos magnocelulares accesorios neurosecretores tras la orquidectomia y la criptorquidia.<\/strong>\u00ab<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>T\u00edtulo de la tesis:<\/strong>\u00a0 Actividad nadph-diaforasa en el nucleo supraoptico y en los nucleos magnocelulares accesorios neurosecretores tras la orquidectomia y la criptorquidia. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Autor:<\/strong>\u00a0 M.
