Hemos comprobado que no existen islotes pancre\u00e1ticos de rat\u00f3n silentes y que la secreci\u00f3n de insulina por el islote \u00fanico presenta variabilidad interindividuo. La secreci\u00f3n y el contenido de insulina del islote \u00fanico es dependiente del tama\u00f1o del islote. La alb\u00famina (bsa) no es necesaria para estimular la secreci\u00f3n de insulina con glucosa 22 mm. El contenido de insulina total de insulina aumenta incubando los islotes a 37 grados c, durante 30 minutos, en presencia de bsa. La insulina que se determina rompiendo el islote en agua con ultrasonidos, se corresponde con proinsulina. El aumento de la secreci\u00f3n de insulina, estimulado por k 50 mm o potenciado por ibmx, se refleja en la disminuci\u00f3n de la insulina inmunorreactiva en agua en 30 minutos de incubaci\u00f3n. La adrenalina 1 mm inhibe la secreci\u00f3n de insulina y disminuye el contenido de insulina inmunorreactiva en agua.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
