En el primero de ellos, se ha descrito la utilizaci\u00f3n de resinas funcionalizadas en forma de carbonato activo de succinimidilo. En el segundo se ha realizado el dise\u00f1o, la preparaci\u00f3n y las aplicaciones experimentales de un nuevo espaciador bifuncional denominado backbone amide linker (bal), que implica que la uni\u00f3n del p\u00e9ptido al espaciador se realiza a trav\u00e9s de un nitr\u00f3geno del esqueleto pept\u00eddico y no, como en la estrategia convencional, a trav\u00e9s de la funci\u00f3n carboxilo del residuo c-terminal. En el tercer cap\u00edtulo se describe un m\u00e9todo que permite evitar la formaci\u00f3n de dicetopiperacinas en spps seg\u00fan la estrategia fmoc\/tbu.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
