{"id":33143,"date":"2018-03-09T09:30:08","date_gmt":"2018-03-09T09:30:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/estudio-de-la-inervacion-eferente-del-receptor-auditivo-en-animales-hipotiroideos\/"},"modified":"2018-03-09T09:30:08","modified_gmt":"2018-03-09T09:30:08","slug":"estudio-de-la-inervacion-eferente-del-receptor-auditivo-en-animales-hipotiroideos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/ciencias-de-la-vida\/estudio-de-la-inervacion-eferente-del-receptor-auditivo-en-animales-hipotiroideos\/","title":{"rendered":"Estudio de la inervacion eferente del receptor auditivo en animales hipotiroideos."},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Raquel Cantos Coll <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La inervaci\u00f3n eferente del receptor auditivo tiene su origen en dos n\u00facleos del complejo olivar superior (cos):  el n\u00facleo lateral de la oliva superior (lso), que proyecta ipsilateralmente a las c\u00e9lulas ciliadas internas (cci), y el n\u00facleo ventral del cuerpo trapezoide (vntb), que proyecta bilateralmente a las cce.  el hipotiroidismo cong\u00e9nito provoca sordera como consecuencia de cambios estructurales en el receptor auditivo, que cursan con alteraciones en los procesos de secreci\u00f3n de la membrana tectoria, pobre desarrollo de las c\u00e9lulas ciliadas externas (cce), y ausencia de contactos sin\u00e1pticos entre dichas c\u00e9lulas y las fibras nerviosas del sistema eferente.  el objetivo del presente trabajo es el estudio del haz olivococlear en animales a los que se les ha inducido el hipotiroidismo cong\u00e9nito.  se indujo el hipotiroidismo en ratas gentantes por medio de una sonda nasog\u00e1strica. Tanto en animales hipotiroideos como en los controles se realizaron inyecciones en la c\u00f3clea de los trazadores anter\u00f3grados fast blue (fb) y toxina col\u00e9rica (tc) para realizar un estudio cuantitativo y morfol\u00f3gico de las neuronas en el cos. Tambi\u00e9n se realizaron inyecciones estereot\u00e1xicas del trazador biotin dextran amine (bda) en lso o vntb para estudiar el patr\u00f3n de proyecciones sobre las cci y cce.  tanto con las inyecciones de fb como con las de tc obtenemos neuronas marcadas en lso ipsilateralmente y en vntb bilateralmente. Tambi\u00e9n se marcan las neuronas de la concha bilateralmente. El n\u00famero total de neuronas marcadas con fb es de un total de 1016 neuronas y en los animales controles de 1027 neuronas. Con las neuronas marcadas con tc calculamos el \u00e1rea de las mismas en ambos grupos de animales; en animales hipotiroideos son significativamente menores. Con las inyecciones de bda en lso obtenemos axones marcados en la c\u00f3clea ipsilateral, formando numerosos engrosamiento a lo largo del haz espiral interno.
