El hecho de que su estado de fosforilaci\u00f3n se modifique durante el desarrollo del enc\u00e9falo de la rata podr\u00eda sugerir su implicaci\u00f3n en la morfog\u00e9nesis de las neuronas. Adem\u00e1s; la map2 fosforilada en esta secuencia est\u00e1 presente en las zonas de crecimiento neur\u00edtico, con un gran dinamismo, donde se detecta una ausencia practicamente total de tubulina y una gran abundancia de actina. Se ha observado por otra parte que esta secuencia de la map2 se desfosforila tras la activaci\u00f3n de los receptores de glutamato lo que podr\u00eda alterar la estabilidad del citoesqueleto durante la transmisi\u00f3n sinaptica. Finalmente podr\u00eda haber una relaci\u00f3n entre la desfosforilaci\u00f3n de la map2 en la secuencia estudiada y la esquizofrenia.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis
