Jose Sabater Ramos <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Listeria monocytogenes es un bacilo corto intracelular.  en este trabajo se ha purificado una prote\u00edna tipo histona. Esta prote\u00edna se ha caracterizado funcionalmente. Flar, es una prote\u00edna que se une al adn, se comporta como una prote\u00edna tipo histona, es exclusiva de la especie monocytogenes del g\u00e9nero listeria. Se ha demostrado que flar realiza un efecto pleiotr\u00f3pico tanto en listeria monocytogenes como en escherichia coli. El gen flar es exclusivo de la especie analizada, lo que nos permite relacionar este gen con la patogenesis que este microorganismo produce en la especie humana.  se ha complementado un mutante hns-de e. Coli con el gen flar, con esto se confirma la funci\u00f3n de flar. Mediante an\u00e1lisis transcripcional se vi\u00f3 que el gen flar se expresa a m\u00e1ximo nivel en fase exponencial temprana y en una situaci\u00f3n de estr\u00e9s (42 c). Hemos comprobado que flar se regula por factores ambientales como el cloruro s\u00f3dico, la presencia de beta-glucos\u00eddos (celobiosa) \u00f3 monosacaridos como la glucosa. Posteriores an\u00e1lisis transcripcionales nos han permitido comprobar un efecto de flar sobre el conjunto de genes implicados en virulencia, as\u00ed como otros genes implicados en situaciones de estr\u00e9s.
