Durand en su obra las estructuras antropol\u00f3gicas de lo imaginario, y, en \u00faltima instancia, demostrar que toda la literatura de juan goytisolo nace de un mismo tema nuclear que se manifiesta a trav\u00e9s de im\u00e1genes y motivos recurrentes. Los s\u00edmbolos han sido analizados de acuerdo con la ant\u00edtesis y la s\u00edntesis propias, respectivamente, de los reg\u00edmenes diurno y nocturno que distingue durand, observando que ambas tendencias coinciden con los conceptos de disyunci\u00f3n y conjunci\u00f3n explicados por o. Paz, en uno de sus ensayos.  adem\u00e1s, se ha comprobado que toda la din\u00e1mica simb\u00f3lica estudiada se duplica en el s\u00edmbolo del propio texto literario goytisoliano, imagen de su propio
