La t\u00e9cnica electroqu\u00edmica utilizada ha sido la voltametr\u00eda c\u00edclica y el estudio espectrosc\u00f3pico se ha realizado por espectroscop\u00eda infraroja por transformada de fourier (ft-ir) \u00abin situ\u00bb.  los oxocarbones se adsorben irreversiblemente sobre las superficies electr\u00f3dicas. La formaci\u00f3n de los intermedios adsorbidos es espec\u00edfica de cada compuesto y para cada orientaci\u00f3n cristalogr\u00e1fica. La polarizaci\u00f3n de los electrodos favorece la formaci\u00f3n de los residuos durante la adsorci\u00f3n. El comportamiento voltam\u00e9trico m\u00e1s complejo se ha observado sobre la orientaci\u00f3n (111), donde estos compuestos muestran la menor tendencia a la adsorci\u00f3n con ruptura de enlaces y la posible presencia en superficie de m\u00e1s de un tipo de adsorbato. Sobre las orientaciones (100) y (110) el residuo principal es co.  el efecto de ad-\u00e1tomos met\u00e1licos (bi y se) en superficie sobre aquellos compuestos que llevaban a la formaci\u00f3n de un \u00fanico intermedio se atribuye a un mecanismo de tercer cuerpo; en el caso de coexistencia de m\u00e1s de un adsorbato, aparecen nuevos efectos promotores y\/o inhibidores de alguno de los residuos. La capa de bismuto queda afectada como consecuencia de su interacci\u00f3n con intermedios org\u00e1nicos adsorbidos.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
