La prote\u00edna quinasa c y el ampc, participan en la regulaci\u00f3n de la expresi\u00f3n de la cam durante el ciclo celular, pkc regulando los niveles de transcripci\u00f3n y ampc controlando los nivels de traducci\u00f3n. Tambi\u00e9n estudiamos el papel de la cam en la v\u00eda de traducci\u00f3n de se\u00f1al de las mapks. La import\u00e1ncia de la cam en el inicio del ciclo celular es debido a su participaci\u00f3n en el proceso de inactivaci\u00f3n de la v\u00eda una vez producido el est\u00edmulo.
