Ambas ils presentan un efecto antiapost\u00f3tico en la hip\u00f3fisis de la rata.  un gran porcentaje de ad\u00e9nomas hipofisarias espont\u00e1neas de la rata expresan il2 y il6. En nuestra serie de estudio todos los tumores altamente proliferativos fueron prolactinomas con una alta expresi\u00f3n de il6. Existe una gran correlaci\u00f3n entre la p53 mutada y la expresi\u00f3n de las ils 2 y 6 en los adenomas hipofisarios, su alto grado de proliferaci\u00f3n se asocia siempre a un descenso de la
