La muerte celular necr\u00f3tica inducida por captan se caracteriz\u00f3 por un descenso en los niveles de gsh, atp y consumo de 02 celular, sin apreciarse peroxidaci\u00f3n lip\u00eddica. El estr\u00e9s oxidativo inducido por captan produjo agregados proteicos de 53 y 140 kda de pm, en situaciones crecientes de toxicidad, y una disfunci\u00f3n mitocondrial que marc\u00f3 la irreversibilidad del proceso.  el estr\u00e9s oxidativo inducido por lindano y paracuat se caracteriza por llevar asociados niveles disminuidos de atp y gsh, y elevaciones considerables en la captaci\u00f3n de 02 y grado de peroxidaci\u00f3n lip\u00eddica. La disfunci\u00f3n mitocondrial originada por estos dos agentes lleva al da\u00f1o letal irreversible de los hepatocitos.  los tres patrones de estr\u00e9s oxidativo inducido en hepatocitos por los tres pesticidas pertenecen a momentos anteriores al punto de no retorno, verific\u00e1ndose, as\u00ed, en la fase reversible de la necrosis. Se aporta evidencia del importante papel desempe\u00f1ado por la disfunci\u00f3n mitocondrial en la aparici\u00f3n del componente irreversible de dicho proceso.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
