Admitese la desprofesionalizacion del magisterio primario rural considerandose tres dimensiones principales: socioestructural, institucional y psicosocial. Se analiza la lectura que profesoras y centros formadores hacen de las condiciones de ejercicio profesional, evidenciando el bajo autoconcepto profesional. Se concluye que son las situaciones del contexto formativo, sociolaboral y politico secundadas por la variante del genero, marcante en el medio rural patriarcal, aunque ausente en los discursos, los responsables principales por el mantenimiento del estado de desprofesionalizacion del magisterio rural en el contexto estudiado.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
