La presencia de endotelio disminuye la expresi\u00f3n de la nosi mediante dos mecanismos: la liberaci\u00f3n de factor transformante del crecimiento-beta y de angiotensina ii. La angiotensina ii ejerce su efecto a trav\u00e9s de los receptores de tipo at-i.  el endotelio inhibe la expresi\u00f3n de la nosi probablemente para protegerse del no (\u00f3xido n\u00edtrico) liberado por las c\u00e9lulas de m\u00fasculo liso vascular, ya que este ejerce efectos t\u00f3xicos sobre el endotelio.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
