No se educa en ni para la libertad.\u00bb ante la variedad de tendencias y posiciones respecto del estudio de la postmodernidad, se reduce las distintas posturas a su nucleo esencial: la inspiracion basica que ha dado aliento a la modernidad.  en esta reduccion, se ha inferido unas posibles bases eticas de la postmodernidad.  se infiere a traves de las actitudes y talantes de los miembros de la comunidad educativa (centros publicos de ense\u00f1anza secundaria de espa\u00f1a) y del analisis de los principales textos legislativos en materia de ense\u00f1anza, (lode y logse). Estas bases del modelo de etica de la postmodernidad, son contrastadas criticamente con un modelo de etica de referencia: el ofertado por el filosofo contemporaneo neotomista, carlos cardona. Las principales bases del modelo de etica de la postmodernidad son: la libertad como irresponsabilidad; el bien como placer; el mal como dolor; la verdad como certeza; la educacion como
