Durante el desarrollo del estudio se han establecido los par\u00e1metros \u00f3ptimos de crecimiento para producir l\u00e1minas con una alta calidad cristalina y alto grado de epitaxia. Se han establecido las relaciones de epitaxia entre el plano (001) del ysz y el (310) de la sillenita. Las l\u00e1minas obtenidas se comportan como gu\u00edas de onda y adem\u00e1s son fotoconductoras. Tambi\u00e9n se han crecido por la misma t\u00e9cnica, l\u00e1minas de niobato de litio dopadas con neodimio. Se han establecido las condiciones \u00f3ptimas de dep\u00f3sito, se ha determinado el l\u00edmite superior de incorporaci\u00f3n del nd a la l\u00e1mina y se ha caracterizado la fotoluminiscencia infrarroja del nd en la l\u00e1mina. La fotoluminiscencia obtenida es similar a la observada en los monocristales, si bien, en la l\u00e1mina se observa un ensanchamiento inhomogeneo en la emisi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
