Macarena Araujo Espejel <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Hemos utilizado la reacci\u00f3n de la polimerasa en cadena como instrumento para amplificar prote\u00edna quinasa implicadas en el desarrollo temprano del sistema nervioso (sn). Hemos aislado clones correspondientes a 12 genes diferentes, entre los que se encuentran diferentes receptores de la familia eph de tirosin quinasas, y un nuevo miembro de esta familia, al que hemos denominado c-eph a7. Hemos aislado el gen completo a partir de una libreria de adnc de embriones de pollo de 2 d\u00edas de desarrollo. El an\u00e1lisis de su patr\u00f3n de expresi\u00f3n por hibridaci\u00f3n in situ en embriones enteros y en secciones, revela su restricci\u00f3n a territorios dorsales en las etapas tempranas del desarrollo y en diferentes sistemas:  en el embri\u00f3n temprano, la retina, los somitos y el primordio de la extremidad. En etapas posteriores en el embri\u00f3n temprano la expresi\u00f3n se restringe a los prosomeros 1 y 2 del dienc\u00e9falo y todos los romb\u00f3meros del rombenc\u00e9falo; lo que sugiere un papel para este gen en la regionalizaci\u00f3n antero-posterior y en la determinaci\u00f3n de territorios dorsales. En etapas posteriores en estos mismos sistemas su expresi\u00f3n se correlaciona con el desarrollo de ciertos tractos axonales.
