Se ha utilizado la t\u00e9cnica del an\u00e1lisis factorial confirmatorio o tambi\u00e9n denominado, an\u00e1lisis de estructura latenes de covarianzas.  el modelo estructural formado por dichos aspectos ha sido contrastado a trav\u00e9s de un estudio emp\u00edrico realizado en el sector automovil\u00edstico brasile\u00f1o. Se ha examinado una muestra representativa de 392 concesionarios de las cuatro principales redes de distribuci\u00f3n de veh\u00edculos de brasil. de este an\u00e1lisis se desprenden las siguientes conclusiones:  a,- el modelo te\u00f3rico analizado es consistente con los datos.  b,- la contrastaci\u00f3n del modelo ha confirmado los resultados encontrados en estudios anteriores, fundamentalmente en lo que se refiere a la cooperaci\u00f3n que se identifica como un aspecto imprescindible en la gesti\u00f3n de los canales de distribuci\u00f3n por su relaci\u00f3n directa y positiva con la satisfacci\u00f3n.  c,- se han identificado las variables observables m\u00e1s significativas para cada aspecto analizado.  d,- la cooperaci\u00f3n no debe ser considerada ni tratada como si fuera lo contrario del conflicto.  e,- la metodolog\u00eda utilizada en la construcci\u00f3n de la escala en que se han medido los distintos aspectos result\u00f3 ser muy eficiente en este
