Esta nueva ruta ofrece un gran potencial tecnol\u00f3gico dada su sencillez, flexibilidad y su bajo coste. Dichos recubrimientos se han podido caracterizar desde el punto de vista de su composici\u00f3n, microestructura y estado de tensiones residuales. En particular se han obtenido los siguientes recubrimientos: (i) recubrimientos (aproximadamente 50 mi m) de zrtio sub 4 sobre sustratos de tio sub 2 a partir de un recubrimiento reactivo de circ\u00f3n. (Ii) recubrimientos texturados (aproximadamente 50 mi m) de batio sub 3 sobre sustratos de tio sub 2a partir de un recubrimiento reactivo de batio sub 3 submicr\u00f3nico. (Iii) recubrimientos (aproximadamente 50 mi m) de aluminatos de bario (ba y ba sub 6) en multicapas sobre sustratos de al\u00famina a partir de un recubrimiento reactivo de baco sub 3. (Iv) recubrimientos \u00abin situ\u00bb de espinela (de al\u00famina y magnesia) sobre sustratos de mullita-circona, obtenidos por sinterizaci\u00f3n reactiva, a partir de un recubrimiento reactivo
