Algunas de las nuevas tecnolog\u00edas desarrolladas en los ultimos a\u00f1os suponen realizar la criopreservacion de los embriones sin la zona pelucida (zp), lo que implica un aumento en la tasa de mortalidad y la separacion de los blastomeros. El objetivo de este trabajo experimental es el estudiar las causas de las alteraciones asociadas a la criopreservacion sin zp, con la finalidad de mejorar los resultados del proceso.  los resultados obtenidos indican que el proceso de criopreservacion sin zp afecta claramente a la membrana plasmatica de los embriones, principalmente los microvilli. Se ha considerado que el principal factor causante de estas alteraciones es la presion mecanica del frente de hielo. El estudio realizado con el mf indica que un porcentaje importante de los embriones criopreservados, con y sin zp, presentan alteraciones en los microfilamentos del citocortex. El principal factor causante de esta alteracion es el crioprotector.
