Concepcion Santos Hurtado <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El objetivo de este trabajo es el estudio de cinco fungicidas antibotr\u00edticos (carbendazima, diclofluanida, procimidona, vinclozolina e iprodiona), en los siguientes aspectos:  1- utilizar m\u00e9todos de identificaci\u00f3n y cuantificaci\u00f3n adecuados para cada tipo de fungicida.  2- estudiar su eficacia contra botrytis cinerea al aplicarlos en campo, as\u00ed como su influencia sobre la maduraci\u00f3n de la uva, calidad de mostos y vinos, y cantidad de residuos a lo largo de las diferentes etapas de vinificaci\u00f3n.  3- analizar el comportamiento de estos productos en el supuesto que apareciesen en mostos preparados para fermentar, en cantidades m\u00e1ximas permitidas.  en t\u00e9rminos generales se ha podido observar que el estado sanitario de las cosechas es satisfactorio. Por tanto, la efectividad de los fungicidas se ha evaluado mediante cultivo in vitro del hongo.  estos productos no influyen en la maduraci\u00f3n de las uvas, calidad de mostos, ni tienen efectos negativos sobre la fermentaci\u00f3n, excepto diclofluanida cuando supera 0,2 mg\/l. En la calidad de los vinos se ve afectado principalmente el aspecto organol\u00e9ptico.  las etapas de vinificaci\u00f3n ejercen gran influencia sobre el nivel de residuos. Procimidona, vinclozolina y diclofuanida degradan en medio hidroalcoh\u00f3lico a lo largo del tiempo. Sin embargo, no sufren tal proceso iprodiona y carbendazima.  los m\u00e9todos anal\u00edticos responden a una repetibilidad y reproducibilidad adecuadas.
