Pilar Diaz Gonzalez <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Tras el estudio morfol\u00f3gico y anal\u00edtico de 16 c\u00e1lculos salivales procedentes de las gl\u00e1ndulas: submaxilares, par\u00f3tidas, sublinguales y labial superior, mediante t\u00e9cnicas de microscop\u00eda estereosc\u00f3pica, electr\u00f3nica de barrido (meb) combinada con microan\u00e1lisis de energ\u00eda dispersiva de rayos x (edx) y difracci\u00f3n de rayos x, comprobamos que todos los c\u00e1lculos estaban constitu\u00eddos por materia inorg\u00e1nica y una matriz org\u00e1nica en proceso de biomineralizaci\u00f3n, situada preferentemente en la superficie externa de los sialolitos.  el dato m\u00e1s predominante fue la presencia de un n\u00facleo amorfo central, rodeado por l\u00e1minas conc\u00e9ntricas de material org\u00e1nico e inorg\u00e1nico mineralizado en todos los c\u00e1lculos salivales a excepci\u00f3n de la gl\u00e1ndula menor.  la mayor abundancia de elementos qu\u00edmicos fue observada en los c\u00e1lculos de gl\u00e1ndulas mayores.  el mayor n\u00famero de variedades cristalinas se apreci\u00f3 en los c\u00e1lculos submaxilares.  la difracci\u00f3n de rayos x evidenci\u00f3 la composici\u00f3n mayoritaria de fosfato c\u00e1lcico apatito en todos los c\u00e1lculos analizados, siendo incapaz de detectar otros componentes presentes en menor proporci\u00f3n como la whitlockita y el fosfato octac\u00e1lcico.  el manejo simult\u00e1neo de estas t\u00e9cnicas morfol\u00f3gicas y microanal\u00edticas nos permitieron conocer la organizaci\u00f3n estructural y la composici\u00f3n qu\u00edmica de los sialolitos, siendo, por tanto, de gran inter\u00e9s para el posterior tratamiento y profilaxis de estos procesos.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral \u00ab<strong>Analisis comparativo de los calculos salivales mediante microscopia electronica de barrido y tecnicas complementarias.<\/strong>\u00ab<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>T\u00edtulo de la tesis:<\/strong>\u00a0 Analisis comparativo de los calculos salivales mediante microscopia electronica de barrido y tecnicas complementarias. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Autor:<\/strong>\u00a0 M.
