Teresa <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La cck induce efectos contractiles sobre la capa longitudinal del ileon a traves de un mecanismo principalmente de tipo nervioso, en el que se hallan implicadas la serotonina y la sustancia p. Sobre la capa circular del ileon, los efectos son inhibitorios, mediados por adenosina trifosfato, oxido nitrico y polipeptido intestinal vasoactivo.  a nivel de la capa longitudinal del ciego, la cck induce una respuesta exitatoria, en parte muscular y en parte mediada por serotonina. Sin embargo, sobre la capa circular los efectos contractiles, son mediados por receptores musculares.  en la capa longitudinal del colon, la cck induce una respuesta excitatoria al interactuar con receptores localizados a nivel muscular. Por contra, este agonista produce inhibicion de la motilidad de la capa circular del colon a traves de la activacion de vias nerviosas.  el efecto excitatorio de la cck sobre la vesicula biliar se produce por un mecanismo muscular.  los receptores para cck presentes en el tracto gastrointestinal de la especie gallus gallus son, en terminos generales, mas parecidos a los de tipo cck-a descritos en mamiferos.
