Coelicolor j1501. Hemos demostrado que el producto g\u00e9nico es una prote\u00edna de uni\u00f3n a adn, y que esa uni\u00f3n parece ser necesaria para la activaci\u00f3n de la transcripci\u00f3n del resto de los genes biosint\u00e9ticos del \u00abcluster\u00bb de actinorrodina.  por otro lado, la prote\u00edna actii- orf4 mutante, no funcional, de la cepa s. Coelicolor jf1 presenta, al igual que la silvestre, capacidad de unirse a las regiones intercistr\u00f3nicas del \u00abcluster\u00bb act, pero a diferencia de \u00e9sta, no tiene capacidad de activar
