Bibian Garcia Garcia <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En este trabajo hemos identificado una serie de factores de crecimiento que estimulan la s\u00edntesis de dna en preadipocitos marrones en cultivo, entre los que destacan el afgf y el bfgf. El activador fisiol\u00f3gico del tejido adiposo marr\u00f3n, la ne, no se comporta como un potente mit\u00f3geno por si solo, pero potencia el efecto de otros mit\u00f3genos como el egf, la vasopresina, la endotelina-1 y el bfgf. Su efecto potenciador se reproduce con el agonista beta-adren\u00e9rgico isoproterenol, pero no est\u00e1 mediado por incrementos de camp.  los \u00e9steres de forbol as\u00ed como el \u00e1cido araquid\u00f3nico son potentes mit\u00f3genos para estas c\u00e9lulas y su acci\u00f3n est\u00e1 mediada a trav\u00e9s de la activaci\u00f3n de la pkc. Las isoformas delta y epsilon de pkc parecen ser importantes para el est\u00edmulo mitog\u00e9nico por estos agentes.  los factores de crecimiento afgf y bfgf, no s\u00f3lamente se muestran como potentes mit\u00f3genos sino que permiten la expresi\u00f3n del marcador de diferenciaci\u00f3n de los adipocitos marrones, ucp. Al contrario, tanto el egf como la vasopresina, son mit\u00f3genos que impiden la diferenciaci\u00f3n termog\u00e9nica de los adipocitos marrones.
