Siendo el trit\u00f3rdeo el anfiplide resultante de la duplicaci\u00f3n cromos\u00f3mica del h\u00edbrido interespec\u00edfico entre hordeum chilense y trigo, dichas prote\u00ednas de reserva tendr\u00e1n su origen en el genoma hch o en el trigo. El planteamiento general del trabajo ha sido el an\u00e1lisis de la calidad y de la identificaci\u00f3n de las correspondientes subunidades proteicas en cuatro grupos de l\u00edneas f5, f6 y f7 obtenidas a partir de cuarzo cruzamientos diferentes entre l\u00edneas de trit\u00f3rdeos.  la calidad se ha evaluado por el volumen de sedimentaci\u00f3n en sds-l\u00e1ctico y por el \u00edndice de calidad (qi) resultante de la correci\u00f3n del anterior por el contenido en prote\u00edna. La identificaci\u00f3n de los componentes proteicos se ha hecho mediante elctroforesis en medio \u00e1cido (a-page) y electroforesis desnaturalizante en gradiente de la poliacrilamida (sds-page). Se ha encontrado un alto grado de variabilidad para prote\u00ednas en los grupos de l\u00edneas analizados, mayor en las bandas de origen h. Chilense que las de trigo. Se han detectado, al menos, 10 loci diferentes para prote\u00edna en el genoma hch, identific\u00e1ndose varios alelos para algunos de ellos, as\u00ed como algunas relaciones de ligamiento. concluido que el \u00edndice de calidad (qi) es un mejor estimador de la calidad harino-panadera que el volumen de sedimentaci\u00f3n en sds-l\u00e1ctico en esos materiales, se han asociado efectos de signo
