{"id":33466,"date":"1997-11-12T00:00:00","date_gmt":"1997-11-12T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/receptores-metabotropicos-moduladores-de-la-liberacion-de-glutamato-mecanismo-de-accion-coexistencia-e-interaccion\/"},"modified":"1997-11-12T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"1997-11-12T00:00:00","slug":"receptores-metabotropicos-moduladores-de-la-liberacion-de-glutamato-mecanismo-de-accion-coexistencia-e-interaccion","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/quimica\/receptores-metabotropicos-moduladores-de-la-liberacion-de-glutamato-mecanismo-de-accion-coexistencia-e-interaccion\/","title":{"rendered":"Receptores metabotropicos moduladores de la liberacion de glutamato: mecanismo de accion, coexistencia e interaccion."},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Elena Vazquez Martinez <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El glutamato es el neurotransmisor excitatorio m\u00e1s utilizado por las neuronas del sistema nervioso central de los mam\u00edferos.  las sinapsis glutamat\u00e9rgicas est\u00e1n implicadas en la transmisi\u00f3n sin\u00e1ptica r\u00e1pida, en procesos de aprendizaje y memoria, en fen\u00f3menos de plasticidad sin\u00e1ptica, as\u00ed como en situaciones degenerativas asociadas a determinadas patolog\u00edas tanto de aparici\u00f3n aguda, como las derivadas de hipoglucemia, hipoxia e isquemia cerebrales, como cr\u00f3nica, como las enfermedades de alzheimer, parkinson y huntington.  a nivel presin\u00e1ptico, la complejidad de las sinapsis glutamat\u00e9rgicas se manifiesta por la existencia de m\u00faltiples mecanismos de control de la exocitosis de glutamato a trav\u00e9s de auto y heterorreceptores.  en esta tesis doctoral se ha utilizado la preparaci\u00f3n de terminaciones sin\u00e1pticas aisladas, sinaptosomas, para investigar las v\u00edas de transducci\u00f3n de se\u00f1ales que se ponen en marcha tras la activaci\u00f3n de receptores metabotr\u00f3picos presin\u00e1pticos sensibles a glutamato y adenosina. As\u00ed mismo, se han estudiado los cambios en la concentraci\u00f3n de segundos mensajeros y los mecanismos responsables de la facilitaci\u00f3n o inhibici\u00f3n de la liberaci\u00f3n de glutamato que se observa en cada caso.  hemos encontrado que estos receptores coexisten en la misma terminaci\u00f3n sin\u00e1ptica, dando lugar a una compleja interacci\u00f3n que determina finalmente un tono modulador en la presinapsis, de facilitaci\u00f3n o inhibici\u00f3n que podr\u00eda tener relevancia fisiol\u00f3gica en los fen\u00f3menos de plasticidad sin\u00e1ptica y en el mantenimiento de una
