Los resultados obtenidos nos indicaron la existencia de una saturaci\u00f3n en esta v\u00eda. La etapa limitante, cuantitativamente hablando, se localiz\u00f3 en la uni\u00f3n del p\u00e9ptido antig\u00e9nico al mhci en el ret\u00edculo endopl\u00e1smico o en un paso anterior a dicha
