Mar Municio Escurin <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se han identificado dos nuevos reguladores espec\u00edficos para las prote\u00ednas quinasa c at\u00edpicas: lip y par-4. Ambas prote\u00ednas interaccionan con el dominio denominado dedo de zinc pero mientras que lip es espec\u00edfico del isotipo lambda\/iota, par-4 interacciona tanto con el isotipo zeta como con el lambda\/iota. Tambi\u00e9n hemos demostrado que mientras que lip es un activador de lambda\/iota, par-4 es un inhibidor de su actividadquinasa. Lip y par-4 regulan la actividad transcripcional dependiente de las prote\u00ednas quinasa c at\u00edpicas y adem\u00e1s la sobreexpresi\u00f3n de par-4 induce apoptosis y muerte celular por inhibici\u00f3n de las pkc-implicadas en la generaci\u00f3n de se\u00f1ales de supervivencia.
