La fijaci\u00f3n de los derivadosmixtos de celulosa sintetizados (10 undecenoato\/3,5 dimetilfenil-carbamatos de celulosa), mediante una reacci\u00f3n radicalaria en presencia de aibn, sobre diferentes matrices cromatogr\u00e1ficas, especialmente s\u00edlica gel, permite ampliar la gama de disolventes que pueden actuar como eluyentes. Esta ventaja que aportan las fases esacionarias quirales en las que el derivado polisacar\u00eddico ha sido insolubilizado permite ampliar el campo de aplicaci\u00f3n de este tipo de fases estacionarias, especialmente cuando se trate de separaciones a nivel preparativo, donde la solubilidad de la muestra en la fase m\u00f3vil y el coste de la separaci\u00f3n pasan a ser par\u00e1metros con una gran importancia.  en la tesis se describe la preparaci\u00f3n y caracterizaci\u00f3n de los derivados mixtos de celulosa, as\u00ed como su fijaci\u00f3n sobre diferentes matrices cromatogr\u00e1ficas. el proceso de fijaci\u00f3n, as\u00ed como los diferentes par\u00e1metros que pueden ser modificados en la preparaci\u00f3n de este tipo de fases estacionarias quirales, fueron estudiados en profunidad con el fin de determinar su efecto sobre el comportamiento cromatogr\u00e1fico de las mismas. Se discute tambi\u00e9n su resistencia a los diferentes tipos de eluyentes y se estudia su capacidad de carga, con el fin de constatar las ventajas que presentan respecto a las fases de este tipo
