Se ha desarrollado una nueva metodolog\u00eda sint\u00e9tica para la obtenci\u00f3n selectiva de derivados de pirazinotiadiazina con diferentes sustituyentes en las distintas posiciones del sistema. Se han desarrollado y utilizado c\u00e1lculos te\u00f3ricos (ldf) para realizar un estudio de relaciones estructura-actividad cuantitativas (qsar), con el fin de optimizar la actividad farmacol\u00f3gica. Asimismo, se han desarrollado y estudiado la tautomer\u00eda anular del sistema de 2,2-dioxido n(h)-pirazinotiadiazina mediante diferentes modelos te\u00f3ricos de
