{"id":33539,"date":"2018-03-09T09:30:42","date_gmt":"2018-03-09T09:30:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/caracterizacion-de-dielectricos-por-tdr-analisis-de-errores-aleatorios\/"},"modified":"2018-03-09T09:30:42","modified_gmt":"2018-03-09T09:30:42","slug":"caracterizacion-de-dielectricos-por-tdr-analisis-de-errores-aleatorios","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/fisica\/caracterizacion-de-dielectricos-por-tdr-analisis-de-errores-aleatorios\/","title":{"rendered":"Caracterizacion de dielectricos por tdr: analisis de errores aleatorios."},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Jes\u00fas Letosa Fleta <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El trabajo est\u00e1 dedicado al an\u00e1lisis de los errores aleatorios que presenta un sistema de reflectometr\u00eda en el dominio del tiempo (tdr), en su aplicaci]on a la caracterizaci]on electromagn\u00e9tica de diel\u00e9ctricos.  se han analizado las diferentes contribuciones a la incertidunbre en las se\u00f1ales temporales medidas, utilizando como excitaci]on un escal]on de tensi]on con un de tiempo de subida de 35 ps, conducente a la caracterizaci]on de diel\u00e9ctricos en un rango de frecuencias comprendido entre dc y 10 ghz.  a tal efecto se ha desarrollado un m\u00e9todo de simulaci]on de errores por montecarlo que permite estimar la precisi]on de las magnitudes diel\u00e9ctricas tanto en el dominio del tiempo (respuesta diel\u00e9ctrica, tiempo de relajaci]on macrosc]opico) como en dominio de la frecuencia (permitividad diel\u00e9ctrica compleja), utilizando medidas experimentales en primera reflexi]on.  a su vez, se describe un m\u00e9todo anal\u00edtico para el c\u00e1lculo de incertidumbres en el coeficiente de reflexi]on, en el dominio de la frecuencia, a partir de la adquisici]on de datos temporales.  el estudio comprende los m\u00e9todos estad\u00edsticos necesarios para la simulaci]on y posterior tratamiento de los resultados: generaci]on de n\u00fameros aleatorios, pruebas estad\u00edsticas z, x2, y f, establecimiento de intervalos de confianza, y pruebas de independencia de variables.  tambi\u00e9n se establecen las relaciones entre las incertidumbres en los resultados finales y los par\u00e1metros de medida en el dominio del tiempo.  el m\u00e9todo de simulaci]on ha sido aplicado a la caracterizaci]on de diferentes diel\u00e9ctricos (propanol-1, etanol, etilenoglicol, metanol, y clorobenceno) estableciendo un an\u00e1lisis comparativo con los resultados deducidos por otros autores.
