Se suponen p\u00e9rdidas asim\u00e9tricas y separaci\u00f3n en frecuencia no despreciables.  se obtiene una ecuaci\u00f3n de fokker-plank para la cuasidistribuci\u00f3n de wigner mediante la cual se estudian los grados de coherencia intra e interhaz as\u00ed como el squeezing en la diferencia de intensidades y en las cuadraturas v\u00eda detecci\u00f3n heterodina. Se estudia tambi\u00e9n la influencia de un factor de ensanchamiento de l\u00ednea dependiente de la intensidad sobre la frecuencia y espectros promedios de un l\u00e1ser de semiconductor monomodo durante el primer pulso del transitorio de gain-switching. Se integran num\u00e9ricamente las ecuaciones estoc\u00e1sticas de balance con saturaci\u00f3n no lineal y factor de ensanchamiento de l\u00ednea dependiente de la
