Sierra Lopez <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se dise\u00f1a y construye una planta semi-piloto para la concentraci\u00f3n de disoluciones por congelaci\u00f3n del disolvente. Se elige un proceso de cristalizaci\u00f3n en superficie en el que el hielo congela sobre la superficie del tubo interior de un cambiador de calor formado por dos tubos concentricos. Con este equipo se estudia la influencia de las variables de operaci\u00f3n (temperatura, flujo y concentraci\u00f3n de la disoluci\u00f3n a concentrar y temperatura del refrigerante) en la pureza de la fase s\u00f3lida separada. Se concluye que la cantidad de disoluci\u00f3n ocluida en el hielo depende de la velocidad de cristalizaci\u00f3n y del gradiente de temperatura y se puede calcular utilizando la ecuaci\u00f3n propuesta por edie y kirwan (1973). Puesto que tanto la velocidad de cristalizaci\u00f3n como el gradiente de temperatura se modifican a lo largo de un experimento, es necesaria una simulaci\u00f3n del proceso para comprobar su influencia.
