Para ello, en primer lugar, se ha puesto a punto el sistema de medida.  con posterioridad, se ha caracterizado la cin\u00e9tica de influjo de k+ por las raices mediante el estudio de dicha cin\u00e9tica con distintos aportes de k+. A continuaci\u00f3n se aborda el estudio del funcionamiento simult\u00e1neo de los flujos de h+ y k+ usando diferentes efectores que act\u00faan a diferentes niveles: sobre el transporte de k+ (valinomicina y ouabaina), sobre canales de h+ (dccd), sobre h+-atpasa plasmalema (vanadato y oligomicina) y sobre la cadena redox de plasmalema (donadores y aceptores de e- y bloqueantes).
