El modelo elegido resulta ser el de desconfirmaci\u00f3n de administraci\u00f3n \u00fanica poderado implicitamente cuyo instrumento asociado (servpex) presenta 26 items y una estructura de 3 factores (fiabilidad, tangibilidad y atenci\u00f3n al pasajero). Se demuestra adem\u00e1s la importancia de la gesti\u00f3n de expectativas para la percepci\u00f3n de la calidad de servicio por parte del pasajero y se desarrolla un modelo con tal
